The customer is responsible for water levels of their pool. The recommended water level is MID-SKIMMER. All chemicals used during weekly service are included in the monthly service fee. However, if the pool is leaking, additional fees for chemicals may accrue. Filters MUST be properly maintained in order for Edgewater Pool Service to perform proper maintenance service. Again, the customer must maintain the proper water level. If water is low on service day, equipment may be turned off and the customer will be notified to add water. Failure to maintain proper water level may result in serious damage to pool equipment. In the event your pool is running low and you are unable to keep proper water levels weekly, we would suggest adding a timer to your hose for periodic filling. We are not responsible for any failure in timer.

Repairs: Any repair/maintenance or diagnosis beyond typical pool services will incur a cost. Repairs, Parts, and/or Labor are NOT included in the monthly service fee. Additional services shall be quoted per job. Necessary repairs and required maintenance equaling less than $50 may be done during weekly service visits and will be invoiced separately. Repairs totaling more than $50 will require customer authorization and will be scheduled at a later date. Annual client discounts will be applied.

Pricing: Customer agrees to pay Edgewater Pool Service the monthly service fee stated above as well as any additional costs that may be incurred for repairs or services that are in addition to the services specified.

Should your pool require cleaning or maintenance beyond what is considered normal service, such as storm cleanup, excessive Debris, and any other situations out of the normal scope of work for your swimming pool we will need to add additional costs.

Edgewater Pools reserves the right to increase pricing based on economic conditions. If Edgewater decides to increase the price of your pool service, customers will receive a minimum of 30 days' notice.
